Luminarium in Barnsley Town Centre
In September 2017, the internationally renowned Architects of Air featured two of their inflatable structures. Over 4 days, a sell-out presentation of ‘Pentalum’ attracted nearly 5000 visitors, and ‘Arborica’ hosted inflatable structure workshops as part of a research and development programme. Led by founder Alan Parkinson and Dutch architect Eric Schrijver this attracted community groups, students, and professional artists. These 3 videos capture the event and the stunning work of Architects of Air.
